Hotel Fagus is located in the center of Budva. The building has a surface of 2000m2, modern look and design.
The special challenges at this facility were related to the foundation and provision of a foundation pit, which was made by combination of prefabricated L profiles and piles along the periphery of the pit, as well as facade and installation works. The basement floor was constructed using a "white tub" system (waterproof and self-adhesive concrete).
Hotel is opened in June of 2019.
